We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Best aspects include a great location with easy access to transportation, spacious rooms with a kitchen and living room area, and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. we had a comfortable stay with excellent hotel facilities.

Spacious and Great Location
We had an amazing time during our recent trip to Oaxaca! The suites we stayed in were incredibly spacious and bright, giving our family plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location was ideal for us, with easy access to local shops and restaurants nearby. We especially loved having a kitchenette so we could cook meals and hang out together in the living room area.
That when we turned on the air conditioner it emitted a slight smell of cigarette smoke. This was a minor inconvenience for us as non-smokers, but it did not impact our overall experience too much.

The location was convenient and had good access to parking. the rooms were spacious with a kitchen and living area that provided a comfortable stay for our family. the bathroom was also clean and maintained well, which was nice.
The airconditioner worked poorly and it made the room have a strong odor. It was an inconvenience as non-smokers to have cigarette smoke in our room.

the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our family. the kitchen and living room area were great for spending quality time together. There were many restaurants in the area, and the hotel was easily accessible by car, taxi or bus. the botanical garden class was a great experience for our family and it was organized last minute by the friendly front desk staff. the hotel's housekeeping was exceptional - they were very accommodating to our needs and always made sure that our room was kept clean.
The street noise, which was a bit of an issue during night time, but we managed to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning system had a slight odor of cigarette smoke, which was an inconvenience for us as non-smokers.
